Q. What is myjoboffer?
A. myjoboffer is a full service onboarding solution that enable organisations to digitalise the new employee onboarding experience. With myjoboffer you can deliver employment contracts to new employees online and have them read and accept their terms and conditions using a secure digital signature – goodbye express post envelope or emailing contracts.
Q. What about all those new employee forms that need to be completed?
A. It’s all online in myjoboffer! With all our plans, you get access to our standard forms package which include:
- a personal information form
- emergency contact details form,
- an ATO compliant Tax File Number Declaration form
- Super Choice form and
- Banking Details form
You can also create custom forms so if you have specific forms new employees need to complete you can also present this form in myjoboffer.
Q. What about induction or preparing employees for day one?
A. We’ve taken care of that too! myjoboffer also comes complete with “myDayOne” which allows you to present information, imagery, videos, links to google maps, YouTube and social media such as LinkedIn. You can also link to documents or training you need new employees to complete and be familiar with before they start with you. myDayOne is your blank canvas and is a key opportunity to really sell your organisation. We can even design and deliver induction videos or training courses you want new employees to view and complete.
Q. How do new employees access myjoboffer?
A. When you deliver an employment offer to a new employee, they automatically receive a notification that lets them know an offer is waiting for them. myjoboffer will send the employee details on how to login and complete all the steps. The site can be fully branded with your look and feel so it will look just like your website.
Q. Is myjoboffer safe and secure?
A. Information security is really important to us. We’ve taken a range of steps to ensure data is protected and store appropriately. Our systems are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) which is the same internet protection offered by banks and our servers and sites are continuously monitored 24/7. If there’s any funny business going on – we will know about it!

A. myjoboffer is hosted in the cloud! We proud to offer a hosted solution through our infrastructure provider Amazon Web Services (AWS) where we host and store the solution and its contents for you.
